Service Directory


The DDC has one accessible entrances for people with reduced mobility, the main entrance on Principe de Vergara. We also have a type of adapted room, subject to availability and on request. If you have any special needs, please let Reception know. Our staff is here to help you.


Air conditioning

All our rooms have individual air-conditioning control, to produce heat or cold depending on the season of the year. When you open the window, the air conditioning stops working.


Bathroom / Bathtub / Bidet

Most of our rooms are equipped with a shower but we do have some rooms with a bath or bidet. If you prefer one of these elements for your comfort, please let us know and we will attend to your request depending on the availability of the moment.



Our breakfast is served daily on the ground floor and consists of a buffet with top quality products. The timetable may vary depending on the season and/or days of the week. Please ask at Reception. If you have to leave early or need a Pic Nic type service, please consult Reception.


Cash / Forms of payment

We accept cash payments as well as most credit cards on the market, such as Visa, Master Card and American Express. On arrival you will be required as an internal rule for all our customers to present a credit card to cover all expenses incurred during your stay.


Cots and high chairs

Cots are available at the DDC, please ask at reception if required. A high chair is also available in the restaurant/ breakfast area.


Check Out / Departure Day

On the day of departure, you must vacate your room before 12 a.m. You can extend the stay in your room, subject to availability, for an additional charge and on request at reception. We also have a left-luggage office 24 hours a day at reception.



The DDC has all the safety measures in accordance with current legislation and the technical code for buildings in 2022, as well as a fire protection system and trained personnel in case it is necessary to evacuate the building. There are several clearly marked evacuation points on your floor. You can find them on the floor plan at the entrance to your room. There are two emergency staircases. If you discover a fire, call reception immediately by dialling 9 and activate the nearest alarm. Stay calm. If you are able and not at risk, use the fire extinguishers on the floor or the fire hose, which must be fully unrolled before opening the tap. Follow the instructions of the emergency team. Do not use lifts in case of fire.



Help us to collaborate with the conservation of the Planet. Small gestures add up to big results. At DormirDcine we make an effort to reduce the consumption of single-use plastics and recycle as much solid waste as possible. We can change your sheets and towels daily but it is not normally necessary. It is up to you to decide whether you want us to do this by leaving the towels hanging if you are going to use them again or on the shower floor if you want us to change them for you. Remember to use water and electricity rationally and remember that the sea begins in the toilet. Don't use it as a rubbish bin for wipes, condoms, sanitary towels, wrappers, plastics or anything else that is not strictly toilet paper.



All our facilities are equipped with free high speed wifi connection. Please ask for the password at Reception. A wired access point is also available in the room.

If you wish to print any document, you can send it to the e-mail address indicating your room number so that our reception staff can print it for you.


Laundry and ironing service

The DDC has an external laundry service with return within 24 hours. Information and prices are available in your room. We also have ironing board and iron for your self-service. For more information, please contact reception.



In case of any breakdown, please inform reception so that our maintenance team can attend to it as soon as possible.



Located on floor -1, our Cooltural Room is a multifunctional space for working or reading in peace and quiet, as well as for organising medium-capacity events, business meetings, presentations, etc. Ask at Reception for availability according to your needs.


Other Facilities

CAMERINO: Cocktail bar open every day from 13h00 up to 01h00 located on the main floor.

Cooltural Room: We have a room on the -1 floor for quiet work or for your events and business meetings.


Parking / Parking

Although the DDC does not have its own car park, we have a preferential collaboration agreement with the Parking INDIGO María de Molina, with two entrances located in street Castelló 117 or Castelló 115, we facilitate at the reception a 291% discount for the parking price.  For more information you can ask at reception.



Buffet breakfast, 13.99 € per person. Ask at Reception for discounts and promotions

Minibar, 2 € per item.



There is a 24-hour reception service ready to help you with any question or doubt.



Breakfast: 7.30am to 10h30am (Monday to Friday)

8h00 to 11h00 (Saturdays to Sundays & holydays)

CAMERINO Cocktail Bar: from 13h00 to 00h30

Early breakfast: If you have to leave the DDC before opening time, we can offer an early bird picnic breakfast. To request this, please contact reception the day before your departure.


Room cleaning

The cleaning service hours are from 9h00 to 14h00. Bed linen will be changed depending on the length of your stay. Towels can be changed daily, but should be left on the floor. If they are left hanging, we will understand that they do not need to be changed that day.

If you need a pillow, towel, blanket, etc., you can ask for it at reception

Safety deposit box

There is a safe inside your wardrobe which you can unlock with a code of your choice. In the event of having valuables that are not deposited in the safe and / or declared on arrival, the establishment will not be held responsible.

To make national calls, dial 0 before dialing the number you wish to call.

We have a free wake-up service, please ask for it at reception.

In case of emergency, the city emergency number is 112 (police/medical/fire brigade).



All the rooms of the DDC have a 50¨ Smart TV of the latest generation with a wide range of international channels and access to streaming platform through screen mirroring.
